He has a vast experience in the field of prawn culture. He looks after the sales made to out of state and has a good relationship with various promoters of the export companies which we deal in India. Practicing Chartered Accountant since last 18 years and presently Managing Partner of S. K. Nayak & Associates, Chartered Accountants. M/s S. K. Nayak & Associated was incorporated during the year 2004 and now having offices at Balasore, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Paradeep & Kolkata with Six Partners associated. Having immense experience as auditor of many Companies and other Organizations in various sectors like Export, Trading, Manufacturing, Education, Hotel, Banking & NGOs in and around Balasore. Out of the above client base a giant portion belongs to trading of prawns, aquaculture feeds, medicines and also prawn culture.

Teja Kodali born on 20th September 1993, graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from GITAM University. Presently Director in M/s Snow World Marine Exports Private Limited. He has a vast experience in the field of prawn culture and trading. He looks after the sales made to out of state and has a good relationship with various promoters of the export companies which we deal in India. He always strives for the growth of business as well as the industry and always excited for the new opportunities in this field.

Mr.Saroj Kumar Ray occupies the position of Executive Director of the Snow World Marine Export Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Export Management with specialization in export-import trade. As a successful with over three decades of expertise in the international marketing, Mr. Ray uses his independent judgement and initiatives that help his Company in achieving its long-term goals. He has proved his mettle in a host of activities relating to marketing management in several countries in South-East Asia, Europe, USA, Canada, etc.. A passionate, innovative, and forward-looking person, Mr. Ray meticulously discharges his responsibilities as a result of which he has been able to create an excellent rapport with the stake holders in the field of marine exports in the international level. At present he is responsible for overall marketing and export of sea food business of Snow Worl Marine Exports Private Limited.

Mr. Ajayananda Sahu holds the post of Director-HR in the organisation. He has a rich experience of more than 10 years in various HR leadership roles in corporate and business arena in a number of big organisations in a variety of sectors. Mr. Sahu has proved his mettle in a host of HR related verticals viz. Strategic HR, Managing the HR functions in a large set up, Manpower planning, Performance Management, Payroll management, Employee engagement and motivation, Employee grievance management, Talent acquisition at senior level, Compensation & Benefits management, HR initiatives etc. He is very passionate, innovative, forward looking and meticulous in discharging his responsibilities. Mr. Sahu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR) Degree from Viswanadha Business School, Visakhapatanam. At Snow World as Director -HR, he is assigned to look after the overall conduct of the employees, Policies, Grievances, IR issues, Licenses & Audit/Inspection of the company. He ensures proper functioning of Support systems and has a good relationship with various Contractor and Promoters for ensuring smooth discharge of Factory works.Going by his vast experience in HR related issues, any work of utmost sensitivity and urgency can be entrusted by Mr. Sahu.
